before you order

Please note the important things to know about your picnic;

  • Current minimum order is 50 people or 250 for an event. Pre-order 14 days in advance for delivery Tuesday - Friday 10am - 5pm.  Couriers charges apply, minimum delivery fee $35.  Please contact us for a quote if the delivery is outside the CBD. 

  • For larger orders on other days and times please give us a call on 021 747 885 or 0508 742 642 or email hello@picnicbox.co.nz.  We will always help when we can.

  • Your picnic is packed fresh, please refrigerate or consume within 2 days.
  • Packaging is compostable, please dispose of thoughtfully.
  • We use only the highest quality, locally and ethically sourced products and ingredients.

  • We will never compromise on quality however sometimes we may need to make changes due to availability.

  • We follow strict food safety standards however we are not a gluten or nut free kitchen.  

  • Sorry we are not able to make changes to the picnics.
