classic sandwich selection - free range ham & cheese with mustard mayo & salad leaves, free range egg & spinach, hot smoked salmon, creme fraiche, red onion & baby spinach

vegetarian sandwich selection - free range egg & spinach, cucumber & lemon, herbed cream cheese, Swiss cheese, tomato, red onion, mayonnaise & mixed leaves

chicken & avocado wrap - Chef's spiced, free range roast chicken with avocado salsa & salad leaves

vegan & gluten free - Chef's seasonal salad, Proper crisps, hummus & crackers, fresh fruit salad and sweet treat.
